We start with a fortnight of listening. We read what you have already written, sit in on the meetings that matter, and talk to the people who will have to live with whatever gets decided.
Then we tell you what we think — in two pages, in plain language, with the trade-offs written down rather than buried.
We do not write strategies nobody can staff. We do not benchmark you against companies that share none of your constraints. We do not bill for a partner and send someone else.
And if we think you do not need us, we will say so in the first conversation.
