Services

Three things we do well, and the shape each one usually takes.

Strategy sprints

Six weeks, one question, one answer. We pressure-test the options with your team and leave you with a decision you can defend to a board.

Growth reviews

An honest read on where your revenue actually comes from, which channels carry the business, and what to stop doing on Monday.

Team design

Structures, roles and hand-offs that match how your work really flows — not an org chart copied from a company you admire.

What an engagement looks like

Most projects follow this shape, whichever service you start with.

  1. A first conversation

An hour, free, no deck. We work out together whether there is a piece of work here at all.

  2. Two weeks of listening

We read what exists, sit in on the meetings that matter, and talk to the people who will live with the decision.

  3. A written recommendation

Two pages. Plain language. The trade-offs written down rather than buried in an appendix.

  4. Help making it happen

We stay for as long as it takes to get the first hard part done, then we get out of your way.

Questions we get asked

How long does an engagement run?

A strategy sprint is six weeks. Growth reviews are usually four. Team design work varies most — anything from a month to a full quarter.

Who actually does the work?

A partner, on every engagement, doing the work rather than supervising it. That is the whole reason we stayed small.

Do you work with early-stage companies?

Sometimes. If you are pre-revenue we will usually tell you to spend the money on the product instead, and mean it.

What happens after the recommendation?

That is up to you. Most clients ask us to stay through the first difficult month; some take the two pages and run with it themselves.
