Bundled scan engine (runtime code, not development tools)
=========================================================

The plugin's compatibility scan runs these libraries inside WordPress, in the
same PHP request, every time a site owner scans a plugin or theme or the
opt-in update pre-scan checks an offered update. The plugin loads them with
require_once from includes/engine.php (see PHPREADY_ENGINE_LIB there); nothing
here is a command-line tool, a test suite or a build step.

Only files the scan can load at runtime are kept: the command-line runner, reports,
doc generators, file filters, result cache, tests, PHPUnit test helpers,
docs and the coding standards the scan does not use (PEAR, PSR1, PSR2, PSR12, Squiz, Zend,
MySource, Generic) are removed. Each folder keeps its license file.

The inner folder names (PHPCompatibility, PHPCompatibilityWP, PHPCSUtils, ...)
are the coding-standard names PHP_CodeSniffer looks up at runtime, so they
keep their upstream names.

Rebuild from the exact versions above with scripts/vendor-engine.sh in the
plugin's source repository (composer install --no-dev, then the same strip).
