Turn form submissions into Elastic Email contacts. Works with Contact Form 7, WPForms, Gravity Forms, Ninja Forms, Fluent Forms, and more.

== Description ==

[ClickSyncr Form Sync for Elastic Email](https://clicksyncr.com/integrations/elastic-email) connects your forms to [Elastic Email](https://clicksyncr.com/integrations/elastic-email), so every form submission becomes a contact on your Elastic Email list: automatically, with no code.

= Works with your form builder =

* [Contact Form 7](https://clicksyncr.com/integrations/elastic-email/contact-form-7)
* [WPForms](https://clicksyncr.com/integrations/elastic-email/wpforms)
* [Gravity Forms](https://clicksyncr.com/integrations/elastic-email/gravity-forms)
* [Ninja Forms](https://clicksyncr.com/integrations/elastic-email/ninja-forms)
* [Fluent Forms](https://clicksyncr.com/integrations/elastic-email/fluent-forms)
* [Formidable Forms](https://clicksyncr.com/integrations/elastic-email/formidable-forms)
* [Forminator](https://clicksyncr.com/integrations/elastic-email/forminator)

One plugin, one Elastic Email connection. [ClickSyncr](https://clicksyncr.com) configures each form right inside the builder you already use, and it connects your forms to [20+ other email marketing platforms](https://clicksyncr.com/integrations) too.

"Elastic Email" is a trademark of its respective owner. This plugin is an independent integration and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Elastic Email.

= Why you'll love it =

* **Set up in minutes**: paste your Elastic Email API key and you're connected. No developers, no code.
* **One key for the whole site**: the key is shared with every form builder ClickSyncr supports, so you connect once and every form can use it.
* **Your lists load automatically**: choose which [Elastic Email list](https://clicksyncr.com/integrations/elastic-email) new contacts join, right inside the form editor.
* **Map the contact fields**: send first name, last name, company, job title, city, state, country, postcode, phone, and birthdate straight from your form.
* **Only email is required**: fields you leave as Not mapped are skipped, and never overwrite data already in Elastic Email.
* **Built-in opt-in**: add a [consent checkbox](https://clicksyncr.com/help) and ClickSyncr adds the contact when a visitor ticks it, and sends nothing at all when they leave it unticked.
* **You choose what a submission does**: sync the contact so it joins your list right away, or hold a form back so nothing is sent.
* **A setup for every form**: each form can sync to a different Elastic Email list with its own field mapping, in every supported builder.
* **Sync health at a glance**: an admin-bar menu shows every form's Elastic Email sync counts and the last error, if any.
* **Lightweight and fast**: built to WordPress standards, so it never slows your site down.
* **You stay in control**: you decide exactly what data is sent to Elastic Email, and to which list.

== Frequently Asked Questions ==

= Do I need an Elastic Email account? =

Yes. You'll need an active [Elastic Email](https://clicksyncr.com/integrations/elastic-email) account and an API key to sync your contacts.

= Which form builders are supported? =

[Contact Form 7](https://clicksyncr.com/integrations/elastic-email/contact-form-7), [WPForms](https://clicksyncr.com/integrations/elastic-email/wpforms), [Gravity Forms](https://clicksyncr.com/integrations/elastic-email/gravity-forms), [Ninja Forms](https://clicksyncr.com/integrations/elastic-email/ninja-forms), [Fluent Forms](https://clicksyncr.com/integrations/elastic-email/fluent-forms), [Formidable Forms](https://clicksyncr.com/integrations/elastic-email/formidable-forms), and [Forminator](https://clicksyncr.com/integrations/elastic-email/forminator). At least one of them must be installed and activated.

= Where do I find my Elastic Email API key? =

Log in to Elastic Email and open Settings, then API key. Each [builder setup guide](https://clicksyncr.com/integrations/elastic-email) shows exactly where to paste it.

= Which contact fields can I map? =

Elastic Email contacts carry a fixed set of fields, and you can map any of them: first name, last name, company, job title, city, state, country, postcode, phone, and birthdate. Email is always required.

= How does the opt-in consent field work? =

Pick a consent field (a checkbox, acceptance, or radio) from your form. When a visitor ticks it, the contact is sent to Elastic Email; if they leave it unticked, nothing is sent at all, so nobody is added without agreeing.

= Does Elastic Email send a confirmation email? =

No. Elastic Email sends no confirmation email for contacts added through the API, so a synced contact joins your list right away. Use the consent field when you need a visitor to opt in first.

= Will syncing overwrite data already in Elastic Email? =

No. Only the fields you map are sent. Anything you leave as Not mapped is skipped, so existing data on the contact is left alone.

= Can I use different settings for different forms? =

Yes. Every form has its own ClickSyncr Elastic Email setup, so each can sync to a different list.

= ClickSyncr Form Sync for Elastic Email Privacy =

The plugin sends only the fields you map, and only to Elastic Email. Nothing is collected by ClickSyncr itself. [Read about our policy](https://clicksyncr.com/privacy).
