Get an automated phone call for new WooCommerce orders, bookings, and failed payments. Voice call alerts so you never miss a sale.

== Description ==

DoNotify turns the events you cannot afford to miss into a real phone call. A ringing phone is far harder to ignore than another email or SMS buried in a crowded inbox, which makes it ideal for revenue events like new orders and bookings.

Connect your WordPress site to your DoNotify account and get called when:

* A new WooCommerce order comes in
* An order is completed
* A payment fails, so you can recover the sale while the customer is still on your site
* A new appointment is booked in WooCommerce Bookings or Amelia
* Any custom event fires, via a one-line developer hook

= Key Features =

* Instant voice call alerts for new orders, completed orders, and failed payments
* Booking alerts plus optional reminder calls before appointments start
* Developer hook for custom events: do_action( 'donotify_call', 'New VIP lead' );
* Two-minute setup: paste your API token, toggle your events, send a test call
* No code required

= Use Cases =

* Missed order revenue: hear about every order the moment it lands, even away from your desk
* Failed payment recovery: get called immediately so you can retry the payment before the customer gives up
* Appointment no-shows: reminder calls cut no-shows for salons, clinics, consultants, and tutors
* Developers and agencies: turn any WordPress event into a phone call with a single do_action() call

= Pricing =

The plugin itself is free. Placing calls requires a DoNotify subscription:

* Free: 7 voice calls, no credit card required
* Starter: $7.50/month for up to 50 calls
* Professional: $39/month for up to 200 calls

== Frequently Asked Questions ==

= Can I get a phone call when I receive a new WooCommerce order? =
Yes. Switch on the New Order event under Settings → DoNotify and your phone rings within seconds of checkout. Completed order and failed payment alerts work the same way.

= Does DoNotify work with Amelia or WooCommerce Bookings? =
Yes. DoNotify detects new bookings from both WooCommerce Bookings and Amelia, and can place a reminder call before the appointment starts.

= Does it call my customers? =
Not in this version. v1 calls you, the account owner. Customer-facing calls are on the roadmap.

= How much does it cost? =
The plugin is free. Calls require a DoNotify subscription: start with 7 free calls, then Starter ($7.50/month, up to 50 calls) or Professional ($39/month, up to 200 calls).

= Do I need a DoNotify account? =
Yes. Create one at https://donotifys.com and generate an API token under Profile → API Tokens.

= How do I trigger a call from my own code? =
do_action( 'donotify_call', 'Title here', array( 'description' => 'Optional', 'call_at' => strtotime( '+1 hour' ) ) );
