== Frequently Asked Questions ==

= How do I embed a WhatsApp button in a page or post? =

Default `[bpxl_whatsapp]` shows the strip card (green accent, avatar or WhatsApp circle, name, phone). Use `id="919999999999"` (digits only, matches the account phone) or `agent="1"` (0-based list order). `phone="..."` works like `id`. Add `layout="icon"` for icon-only; `layout="meta"` for name, title, and greeting block. `agents="all"` lists every account. In prefilled messages you can use `{page_title}`, `{page_url}`, `{product_name}`, `{price}`, `{product_url}`, `{site_title}`, `{shop_url}`, `{site_url}`. Optional `class="my-class"` on the wrapper.

= How do I reset all settings and start fresh? =

Deactivate the plugin, then **Delete** it from the Plugins screen. WordPress runs `uninstall.php`, which removes all plugin options and the `bpxl_manage_whatsapp` capability from roles. Upload and activate the plugin again to get a clean install (defaults only until you save new settings).
