Send Contact Form 7, Elementor Pro and Gravity Forms submissions to your Fireberry CRM (formerly Powerlink).

== Description ==

GB to Fireberry Lite creates a record in your Fireberry CRM every time a visitor submits a form on your site.

**You need an active Fireberry account.** Submitted details are sent to Fireberry (api.fireberry.com) using your TokenID, and nowhere else. This plugin does not keep them on your site.

**Out of the box (Contact Form 7).** Save your TokenID, and give your Contact Form 7 form these field names:

* `your-name` goes to the Fireberry field `accountname`
* `your-email` goes to `emailaddress1`
* `your-tel` (or `your-phone`) goes to `telephone1`

Every submission becomes an Account with status 6.

**One connector.** For anything else, create a connector in three short steps: give it a label, choose the Fireberry table (Account, Contact or Lead), and for each Fireberry field enter the name of your form field, or a fixed value to send every time. The connector works with Contact Form 7, Elementor Pro and Gravity Forms. A submission is sent when it contains every form field you mapped.

**Recent failures.** If Fireberry does not accept a submission, the visitor still sees the normal "sent" message, and the failure (time, form plugin, table, HTTP code, message and the field names, never the values) is listed on the settings screen.

Need several connectors? See [GB to Fireberry](https://www.gb-plugins.com/product/gb-to-fireberry/).

= External service =

This plugin sends form submissions to Fireberry, the CRM you connect it to. Data is sent only after you save a TokenID, and only when a visitor submits a form that matches the Contact Form 7 default fields or your connector. What is sent: the values of the mapped form fields. Nothing else is sent.

== Frequently Asked Questions ==

= Where can I find my Fireberry TokenID? =

In Fireberry, as described in [this article](https://www.fireberry.com/articles/getting-started-with-rest-api).

= Where does the plugin appear in the admin? =

As a top-level menu item called GB to Fireberry Lite, and as a Settings link on the Plugins screen.

= Where will the contact appear in Fireberry? =

In the Accounts table for the default Contact Form 7 link, and in the table you choose (Account, Contact or Lead) for a connector.

= Can I create more than one connector? =

Not in this plugin. GB to Fireberry, the pro plugin, supports any number of forms, fields and connectors.

= I also installed GB to Fireberry. =

Lite then sends nothing and says so on its screen, so that no record is created twice.

= Does the plugin write files or keep personal data? =

No. Failure rows keep field names only, never what the visitor typed.
