Welcome to Heelyo Tickets

Heelyo Tickets is a powerful event ticketing solution for WordPress and WooCommerce. This guide will walk you through all the features and help you get started with creating your first event.

What you can do with Heelyo Tickets:

🚀 Quick Start (5 Minutes)

Step 1: Go to Dashboard

From the admin menu, navigate to Heelyo Tickets → Dashboard. This is your central hub for managing everything.

💡 Tip: The Dashboard shows all your events and attendees. Premium users also get QR code tickets, mobile check-in scanner, sales analytics, and custom branding options.

Step 2: Create Your First Event

Click the "Create Event" button and fill in the following details:

Step 3: Add Ticket Types

Once you've created an event, add one or more ticket types:

ℹī¸ Info: WooCommerce products are automatically created for each ticket type, so they're immediately available for purchase on your store.

Step 4: Configure Email & PDF Settings

Go to Heelyo Tickets → Settings to set up:

📲 Check-in at Events

Free Check-in (Dashboard)

The free check-in method allows you to manually check in attendees from your WordPress dashboard. Go to Heelyo Tickets → Attendees and click the "Check In" button next to an attendee to mark them as checked in.

This method works for any size event and doesn't require QR codes. Simply look up the attendee by name or ticket number.

Pro Check-in (Mobile Scanner) PRO

For premium users, access the advanced mobile check-in scanner from Heelyo Tickets → Check-in. Use your device's camera to scan QR codes for faster check-ins.

How to Use Mobile Check-in (Pro)

  1. Select the event you're checking in for
  2. Point your device's camera at the QR code on the ticket
  3. The attendee will be marked as checked in automatically
  4. View real-time statistics and attendance tracking

🔧 Common Tasks

Resend Tickets to a Customer

If a customer lost their ticket email:

  1. Go to Dashboard → Attendees
  2. Find the attendee
  3. Click "Resend Ticket" or the email icon
  4. Confirm to send the ticket again

Void or Cancel a Ticket

To cancel a ticket:

  1. Go to Dashboard → Attendees
  2. Find the ticket you want to cancel
  3. Click "Void Ticket" or the cancel icon
  4. The customer cannot check in with a voided ticket

Edit Event Details

To modify an event:

  1. Go to Dashboard → Events
  2. Click on the event you want to edit
  3. Update the details (name, date, capacity, etc.)
  4. Click Save

Export Attendee List

To export attendees as CSV:

  1. Go to Dashboard → Attendees
  2. Click "Export to CSV" button
  3. File will download to your computer
  4. Open in Excel or Google Sheets

How do I check in attendees?

How many ticket types can I create per event?

Unlimited! Both free and pro plans support as many ticket types as you need for each event.

What happens if a customer loses their ticket?

You can resend the ticket from the Attendees section. The customer receives a new email with their ticket (PDF and, on Pro, an Apple Wallet pass).

Can I integrate with payment gateways?

Heelyo Tickets integrates with WooCommerce, so you can use any payment gateway that WooCommerce supports (Stripe, PayPal, Square, etc.).

What's the difference between Free and Pro?

Free: Unlimited events/capacity/ticket types, PDF tickets, manual check-in, email delivery, attendee management, and theme customization.
