đ Quick Start (5 Minutes)
Step 1: Go to Dashboard
From the admin menu, navigate to Heelyo Tickets â Dashboard. This is your central hub for managing everything.
đĄ Tip: The Dashboard shows all your events and attendees. Premium users also get QR code tickets, mobile check-in scanner, sales analytics, and custom branding options.
Step 2: Create Your First Event
Click the "Create Event" button and fill in the following details:
- Event Name: The name of your event (e.g., "Summer Concert 2024")
- Description: A brief description of the event
- Date & Time: When your event takes place
- Location: Physical location or venue name
- Capacity: Total number of tickets available
Step 3: Add Ticket Types
Once you've created an event, add one or more ticket types:
- Ticket Name: e.g., "General Admission", "VIP", "Student"
- Price: The price per ticket
- Quantity: How many tickets of this type are available
- Description: Optional details about this ticket type
âšī¸ Info: WooCommerce products are automatically created for each ticket type, so they're immediately available for purchase on your store.
Step 4: Configure Email & PDF Settings
Go to Heelyo Tickets â Settings to set up:
- Email templates for ticket confirmations
- PDF ticket design and layout
- Your store's branding and logo
- Apple Wallet pass configuration (Pro feature, if applicable)
Step 5: Start Selling!
Your tickets are now live on your WooCommerce store. Customers can purchase tickets directly, and they'll automatically receive:

Events Tab
View all your events in a list. From here you can:
- Create new events with unlimited capacity

View all attendees across all events. You can:

Free Check-in (Dashboard)
The free check-in method allows you to manually check in attendees from your WordPress dashboard. Go to Heelyo Tickets â Attendees and click the "Check In" button next to an attendee to mark them as checked in.
This method works for any size event and doesn't require QR codes. Simply look up the attendee by name or ticket number.
Pro Check-in (Mobile Scanner) PRO
For premium users, access the advanced mobile check-in scanner from Heelyo Tickets â Check-in. Use your device's camera to scan QR codes for faster check-ins.
How to Use Mobile Check-in (Pro)
- Select the event you're checking in for
- Point your device's camera at the QR code on the ticket
- The attendee will be marked as checked in automatically
- View real-time statistics and attendance tracking
Check-in Statistics
During your event, see:

Resend Tickets to a Customer
If a customer lost their ticket email:
- Go to Dashboard â Attendees
- Find the attendee
- Click "Resend Ticket" or the email icon
- Confirm to send the ticket again
Void or Cancel a Ticket
To cancel a ticket:
- Go to Dashboard â Attendees
- Find the ticket you want to cancel
- Click "Void Ticket" or the cancel icon
- The customer cannot check in with a voided ticket
Edit Event Details
To modify an event:
- Go to Dashboard â Events
- Click on the event you want to edit
- Update the details (name, date, capacity, etc.)
- Click Save
Export Attendee List
To export attendees as CSV:
- Go to Dashboard â Attendees
- Click "Export to CSV" button
- File will download to your computer
- Open in Excel or Google Sheets

Tickets Not Sending via Email
