IM Mail Form is a customizable contact form plugin designed for website creators and developers.

== Installation ==

1. Upload the `im-mail-form` folder to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory.
2. Activate IM Mail Form through the Plugins screen in WordPress.

5. Add the generated shortcode to a page or post.
