Replaces the standard WordPress editor with a clean, document-style interface for distraction-free writing.

== Description ==

Kortech Document Editor transforms your standard WordPress classic editor into a beautiful, distraction-free, document-style writing interface.

It provides an experience similar to desktop word processors, making it much easier to write long-form content directly inside WordPress.

Features include:

Physical Page Layout: See your content exactly how it will look on a page.

Dark Mode: Reduce eye strain with a gorgeous dark theme for the editor.

Focus Mode: Dim surrounding text and highlight only the paragraph you are currently editing.

Document Stats: Instantly view character count, word count, and estimated reading time.

Case Changer: Quickly convert text to UPPERCASE or lowercase.

== Installation ==

Upload the plugin files to the /wp-content/plugins/kortech-doc-editor directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly.

Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' screen in WordPress.

Go to Settings -> Kortech Editor to configure your preferences (like disabling Gutenberg).

== Frequently Asked Questions ==

= Does this work with Gutenberg? =
By default, this plugin disables the Gutenberg Block Editor to provide a full-screen classic document editing experience. However, you can easily toggle Gutenberg back on in the plugin's settings page if you prefer to use both.
