Create structured WordPress website maintenance reports with a preview and print-optimized PDF view.

== Description ==

LOCALREACH CareReport Free helps you document website maintenance work and turn technical notes into a customer-friendly report.

The Free edition includes manually created CareReports, customer-friendly report text, basic maintenance checks, an HTML preview, and a print-optimized PDF view.

Pro and Agency are separate commercial editions with additional implementations that are not included in this WordPress.org package.

= Included features =

* Create and manage any number of manual maintenance reports.
* Record the customer, website, reporting period, status and website score.
* Document completed work, findings, risks and recommended next steps.
* Mark common maintenance checks as completed.
* Review the customer-facing report before sharing it.
* Print the report or save it as a PDF using the browser print dialog.
* Keep public LOCALREACH attribution disabled unless an administrator explicitly enables it.

= Privacy =

CareReport stores report content inside your WordPress installation. Report data is not sent to LOCALREACH. The plugin does not include tracking or a Freemius SDK.

== Installation ==

1. Upload the CareReport plugin directory to `/wp-content/plugins/` or install the ZIP through the WordPress plugin screen.
2. Activate LOCALREACH CareReport in WordPress.
3. Review the plugin settings before creating a report.

CareReport includes a compatible LOCALREACH Plugin Framework fallback. If a compatible standalone framework is already active, CareReport uses that installation instead.

== Frequently Asked Questions ==

= Does CareReport send report data to LOCALREACH? =

No. Report content remains inside your WordPress installation.

= Can I create a PDF? =

CareReport provides a print-optimized view. Select "Print / save as PDF" and use the PDF function provided by your browser or operating system.

= Does this package contain paid or locked functionality? =

No. Every feature included in this WordPress.org package is available without a license key, payment, quota or time limit. Commercial editions are separate plugins distributed outside WordPress.org.
