Create responsive team sections in Elementor with two layouts, unlimited members, profile images, and social links.

== Description ==

Meet The Team adds an Elementor widget for displaying your team. Add members, names, designations, profile images, and social links, then customize the layout in Elementor.

* Two responsive layouts: Style 1 and Style 2.
* Unlimited team members through the Elementor repeater.
* Colors, typography, spacing, and responsive column controls.
* Social icons and profile links.
* A Getting started page under Tools > Meet The Team.

Elementor 3.5.0 or later is required. The free layouts do not expire. Additional layouts are available in the separate [Meet The Team Pro addon](https://codecanyon.net/item/meet-the-team-elementor-addon/36214444).

== Installation ==

1. Install and activate Elementor.
2. Install Meet The Team through Plugins > Add New, or upload the plugin ZIP.
3. Activate Meet The Team.
4. Open a page with Edit with Elementor and drag the Meet The Team widget onto it.
5. Choose Style 1 or Style 2, add your members, and preview before publishing.

== Frequently Asked Questions ==

= Does this plugin require Elementor? =

Yes. Elementor 3.5.0 or later is required. Newer Elementor versions may require a newer WordPress or PHP version than the minimum listed for this addon.

= How many layouts are included? =

The free plugin includes two layouts. Additional layouts belong to a separate Pro addon. A saved selection for an unavailable layout falls back to Style 1 without displaying a sales message on your public site.

= Can I add unlimited members? =

Yes. Add members in the widget's Team Content section.

= Where is the plugin's help page? =

Open Tools > Meet The Team, or use Getting started beside the plugin on the Plugins screen.

= Can I dismiss the product recommendation? =

Yes. The optional WP CV Builder recommendation appears only on Tools > Meet The Team for administrators. Its close button saves a dismissal for that administrator on that site. It stays dismissed after updates and reactivation. It is hidden when WP CV Builder is already installed, and is not shown on public pages or in Network Admin.

== Privacy and external services ==

The WP CV Builder recommendation is rendered locally. It does not send impressions, clicks, referral identifiers, or site details to an external service, and it never installs or activates another plugin. Clicking its link opens the plugin's WordPress.org page.

This plugin retains the Appsero SDK from earlier releases for optional usage insights and voluntary deactivation feedback. Usage insights are enabled only after choosing to allow them. When enabled, the SDK can send site URL and name, administrator name and email, WordPress/PHP/server versions, locale, plugin/theme information, usage counts, and the server IP address to https://api.appsero.com. The SDK may query https://icanhazip.com to determine the server's public IP. Voluntary deactivation feedback is also sent to Appsero. Choosing to skip the insights prompt sends Appsero the plugin identifier and whether the prompt was previously skipped; this is separate from the CV Builder recommendation. Use the Appsero opt-out action on the Plugins screen to stop scheduled usage insights.
