Send new WooCommerce order contacts to your MightWork Leads inbox.

== Description ==

Send new WooCommerce order contacts to your MightWork Leads inbox, ready for your team to follow up.

This plugin is for stores using MightWork. It is free to install, but requires a MightWork account on a paid plan that includes Leads Connector. WooCommerce 9.0 or later and an HTTPS store are also required.

= What the plugin does =

* Sends contact details from new WooCommerce orders to your MightWork workspace.
* Creates and manages the WooCommerce Order created webhook for you.
* Lets you enable or pause delivery from WooCommerce settings.
* Sends only the order ID and billing contact fields listed below.
* Works with WooCommerce's native delivery logs and signed requests.

Existing orders are not imported. Orders without an email address do not create a lead. The plugin does not subscribe customers to marketing.

Review imported contacts in Leads on the MightWork web dashboard or Customers in the separate MightWork GO companion app.

[Follow the setup guide](https://mightwork.us/docs/woocommerce) or [get setup help](https://mightwork.us/contact).

= External service and privacy =

Nothing is sent until a store manager enters an endpoint and secret and enables delivery. Each new order sends its ID and billing first name, last name, email, phone and company to https://app.mightwork.us. Products, totals, billing address, payment data, IP addresses and marketing consent are not sent by this plugin. Orders without an email do not create a lead. An order never grants marketing consent.

The webhook secret is stored using WooCommerce's native webhook storage. Protect your WordPress database and backups. Delivery uses WooCommerce's native asynchronous webhook system and logs. The MightWork receiver verifies the signature and deduplicates orders.

== Installation ==

1. Install and activate WooCommerce 9.0 or later on an HTTPS store.
2. In WordPress, open Plugins > Add New Plugin, search for MightWork Leads, then install and activate it. You can also upload the ZIP downloaded from this page using Upload Plugin.
3. In MightWork, open Connections > Leads Connector > WooCommerce. Enter your store URL and a random signing secret of at least 16 characters. Save and copy the endpoint.
4. In WordPress, open WooCommerce > Settings > Integration > MightWork Leads.
5. Paste the endpoint and the same secret. Enable delivery and save.
6. Place a test order with an email address in a test store. Verify exactly one lead in MightWork.

== Screenshots ==

1. Connect your store in WooCommerce > Settings > Integration > MightWork Leads. Enter your endpoint and signing secret, then enable delivery. The plugin shows the delivery status below the form.
2. MightWork GO's Customers screen shows the same lead records as Leads on the web dashboard. The companion app uses your existing MightWork account; the WordPress connection requires a plan with Leads Connector.

== Frequently Asked Questions ==

= Is this a free standalone CRM? =
No. The WordPress plugin is free, but sends contacts to the MightWork service. You need a MightWork account on a paid plan that includes Leads Connector. Contact MightWork if you are unsure whether your plan includes it.

= Does this require a WooCommerce subscription? =
No. Direct plugin installation does not use a paid WooCommerce subscription. Your MightWork service plan is separate.

= Will repeat orders create duplicate contacts? =
Each new order creates a separate lead, even when the customer uses the same email address. Repeated delivery of the same order does not create another lead.

= Does this wait for payment? =
No. Delivery starts when an order is created, not when payment is confirmed. Later changes, cancellations and refunds are not synced. Check the order in WooCommerce before following up.

= What happens on pause or deactivation? =
Unchecking Enable pauses the webhook. Deactivation deletes the managed webhook and disables delivery. Reactivation requires entering the secret and enabling again. Existing orders and MightWork leads stay intact. Queued requests may already be in flight.

= What happens after delivery failures? =
WooCommerce can disable a webhook after repeated failures. Check its delivery logs, fix the connection, and save the settings to enable it again. Missed orders are not automatically replayed.

= Does it work with HPOS and checkout blocks? =
The plugin uses WooCommerce order APIs and native order.created webhooks. It declares HPOS compatibility and has no checkout UI.

== Changelog ==

= 1.0.1 =
* Add verified WordPress compatibility and publisher metadata for directory review.
* Use the plugin's full prefix for uninstall variables.

= 1.0.0 =
* Initial release with managed order webhook, minimal contact payload and pause/deactivation cleanup.
