AI chatbot that answers in 50+ languages, captures the visitor's name and phone, and books appointments into Google Calendar. No code.

== Description ==

Most website chat plugins put a box on your site and wait for **you** to answer. Myra answers for you.

It reads the knowledge you give it — services, prices, opening hours, policies — and replies to visitors in under a second, at 2am, in their own language. When someone is interested, it asks for their name and phone number and drops the lead in your inbox. When someone wants to come in, it offers your free slots and books straight into your Google Calendar.

= Who this is for =

* **Service businesses** — clinics, salons, studios, driving schools, repair shops. The visitor asks "do you have anything Saturday morning?" and gets a real answer, not a form.
* **Rentals and bookings** — cars, apartments, equipment. Availability and price questions handled without you.
* **Shops with questions before the sale** — sizing, delivery, returns, "is this in stock".
* **Anyone whose customers don't speak one language.** Myra detects the visitor's language and answers in it — 50+ of them, including Turkish, Arabic, Russian, German and Spanish, on the same widget.

= What it actually does =

* **Answers from your own content**, not from the open internet — and says it doesn't know instead of inventing an answer.
* **Captures leads** — name, phone and email pulled out of the conversation, no form to fill.
* **Books appointments** into Google Calendar, offering only slots that are actually free.
* **Tells you instantly** — a Telegram message the moment a lead arrives.
* **Shows you what it couldn't answer** — every unanswered question lands in a gap list, so you see what your customers ask that your site never covered.
* **Hands off to WhatsApp or Telegram** when a human is needed.

= Installing takes about a minute =

Install the plugin, paste the widget token from your Myra dashboard, save. That's the whole setup — no theme files, no shortcodes, no code.

Everything else — colours, greeting, tone, knowledge, booking rules — is managed in the dashboard and applies to your site instantly. The widget loads from Myra's servers, so new features reach your site without a plugin update.

= Free trial, no card =

A Myra account is required — the assistant, its knowledge and your leads live there. [Start free](https://myrachat.com/register) — 7 days, no credit card, and about 5 minutes to teach it your business.

== External services ==

This plugin embeds the Myra chat widget, which is loaded from and communicates with **myrachat.com** (the Myra SaaS platform). When the widget is active on your site:

* The widget script is loaded from `https://myrachat.com/widget.js`.
* Visitor chat messages are sent to myrachat.com to generate AI replies.
* Contact details a visitor chooses to share in chat are stored in your Myra account as leads.

A Myra account is required ([terms](https://myrachat.com/terms-and-conditions), [privacy policy](https://myrachat.com/privacy-policy)). The plugin sends no data anywhere until you save a widget token.

== Installation ==

1. Install and activate the plugin.
2. Create your assistant at [myrachat.com](https://myrachat.com/register) (5 minutes, free trial).
3. Copy the widget token from your Myra dashboard (Settings → Install widget).
4. In WordPress, go to **Settings → Myra Chat**, paste the token, save. Done — the widget is live.

== Frequently Asked Questions ==

= Does it work in languages other than English? =

Yes — 50+, detected per visitor. A Turkish customer and a German one get answered in their own language by the same assistant, with no separate setup.

= Can it book appointments? =

Yes. Connect your Google Calendar in the dashboard and Myra offers only genuinely free slots, then writes the booking into your calendar.

= Where do the leads go? =

Into your Myra inbox, and to Telegram the moment they arrive if you connect it. Nothing is stored in your WordPress database.

= What happens when it doesn't know something? =

It says so instead of guessing, and logs the question for you. That list of unanswered questions is usually the most useful thing in the first week.

= Do I need to know how to code? =

No. Paste one token into one field — that's the whole setup.

= Will I need to update the plugin when Myra improves? =

No. The widget loads from Myra's servers, so new features, languages and fixes appear on your site automatically. Plugin updates will be rare (only if WordPress itself changes how plugins should behave).

= How is Myra priced? =

The plugin is free. Myra subscriptions start at $19/month after a 7-day free trial (no credit card required to try). Billing happens in your Myra account at myrachat.com — WordPress is not involved in payments.

= Does the widget slow my site down? =

No — it's one small script loaded asynchronously in the footer, after your content.

= Where do I customize the widget? =

In your Myra dashboard: color, position, greeting, avatar, languages, knowledge base, booking rules. Changes apply instantly without touching WordPress.
