Brand your login page in minutes: live side-by-side preview, light & dark themes, smart WCAG button contrast. Block-theme ready, no Customizer.

== Description ==

**Works with every theme - including block themes - because it does not depend on the classic Customizer.**

Passion Login gives your WordPress login page a professional, branded look through a dedicated settings page with a live preview - no page reloads, no guesswork.

= Key Features =

* **Standalone Settings Page** - A dedicated two-pane editor under Appearance → Login Screen: controls on the left, a live preview of your real login page on the right
* **Live Preview** - Every change appears instantly in the preview, with a desktop/mobile width toggle
* **Form Themes** - Light and Dark themes, including matching styles for error and status notices
* **Smart Button Colors** - Pick any button color and the text automatically switches between black and white using WCAG contrast guidelines
* **Drag & Drop Images** - Drop a background or logo image straight onto the picker, or choose from the Media Library
* **Auto Logo Detection** - Uploads a logo image if provided, falls back to your logo text or site name
* **Block Theme Ready** - The settings page works independently of the classic Customizer; a Customizer section is also included for those who prefer it

= How It Works =

== Frequently Asked Questions ==

= Will this plugin lock me out of WordPress? =

No, the plugin only changes the visual appearance of the login page. It never affects login functionality. You can always log in normally.

= Does it work with block themes? =

Yes. The settings page is fully independent of the classic Customizer, so it works the same on block themes and classic themes.

= Can I use my own logo? =

Yes! Upload or drop your logo through the "Logo Image" picker. The plugin automatically uses it, or falls back to your logo text if no image is set. The picker previews logos on a checkerboard, so white or transparent logos stay visible.

= How does smart button contrast work? =

The plugin uses WCAG accessibility guidelines to automatically calculate whether black or white text provides the best contrast against your chosen button color.

= Can I still use the WordPress Customizer? =

Yes. A "Login Screen" section is also registered in the classic Customizer and edits the same settings.

= How do I reset to the default WordPress login? =

Use "Reset to Defaults" on the settings page, or simply deactivate the plugin.

== Changelog ==

= 1.2.0 =
* Refined glass look for both form themes: stronger background blur, tuned panel opacity, subtle border and depth shadow
* Light theme now stays readable over dark or busy background images
* Added Safari support for the blur effect and a near-solid fallback for browsers without backdrop-filter
* Fixed: the Logo Text setting now applies on the real login page (previously only the live preview showed it and the site name was always used)

= 1.1.2 =
* Removed the Custom CSS option to comply with WordPress.org plugin directory guidelines (no arbitrary CSS input)
* All login page and preview styles are now added through wp_add_inline_style() on enqueued stylesheets instead of printed style tags
* Removed the load_plugin_textdomain() call and the duplicate "Tested up to" plugin header (WordPress handles both automatically)

= 1.1.1 =
* Security hardening: escaped all CSS output, nonce-protected the login preview endpoint
* Image pickers: checkerboard logo preview, cover-fit background preview, hover overlay with filename, drag & drop upload
* Themed login notices (error/message/success) and password-reveal/help icons for both themes
* Theme names simplified to "Light" and "Dark"

= 1.1.0 =
* New standalone settings page under Appearance → Login Screen with live preview and desktop/mobile toggle
* Works independently of the classic Customizer (block theme ready)
* Classic Customizer integration retained as a secondary interface

= 1.0.0 =
* Initial release

== Upgrade Notice ==

= 1.2.0 =

= 1.1.1 =
