A quote form and web-to-print product designer for print & sign shops. Requests and customer-designed orders land in PrinterFlo ready to produce.

== Description ==

Replace your "get a quote" contact form with one built for print work.

Visitors pick a product from **your real catalog**, enter sizes and quantities, upload artwork (AI, EPS, PDF, images — up to 25 MB per file), and leave their contact details. The request arrives in [PrinterFlo](https://printerflo.com/) as a new quote with a line item, the artwork attached, and the customer already on file — nothing to retype, nothing lost in an inbox.

**Why print shops use it**

* **Catalog-driven** — the form shows the products you set up in PrinterFlo, with photos and starting prices. Update PrinterFlo, and the form updates everywhere.
* **Live estimates** — flat-priced and quantity-tiered products show the customer a ballpark price as they type.
* **Artwork intake** — customers attach artwork with the request, so you stop chasing files by email.
* **Instant notifications** — every owner/admin gets an email the moment a request lands. First shop to reply wins the job.
* **Quote to paid** — price it in PrinterFlo, send it, and the customer approves and pays a deposit online.

**Web-to-print product designer**

Let customers design their own banners, signs and cards right on your site. You
set up locked templates in PrinterFlo — brand zones, fonts, colors — and
customers personalize only what you allow, see live pricing, and order. The
designed order arrives in PrinterFlo with print-ready artwork attached.

* **Template-locked** — customers edit text and images inside the zones you define; your layout and bleed stay intact.
* **Print-ready output** — every designed order lands with production-ready files, no fixing customer artwork.
* **Same key, one plugin** — the designer and the quote form share one embed key.

**WooCommerce order sync**

Sell prints on your WooCommerce store? Turn on order sync and every paid
order lands on your PrinterFlo production board as a sales order — items,
quantities, customer details, totals and order notes included. Sell online,
produce in PrinterFlo, no re-keying.

* **Opt-in** — one checkbox under Settings → PrinterFlo (appears when WooCommerce is active).
* **Paid orders only** — syncs when an order reaches Processing or Completed.
* **Everything rides along** — line items with product add-ons/personalization meta, shipping, discounts, the customer's note, and a link back to the Woo order.

**Works everywhere**

* Block editor: add the **PrinterFlo Quote Form** or **PrinterFlo Product Designer** block
* Elementor: drag in the **PrinterFlo Quote Form** or **PrinterFlo Product Designer** widget
* Anything else (Divi, WPBakery, Classic editor): use the shortcodes `[printerflo_quote]` and `[printerflo_designer]`

Both embeds are served securely from PrinterFlo inside an iframe, so they're always up to date and this plugin stays tiny — no settings to migrate, no forms to rebuild.

Requires a PrinterFlo account ([printerflo.com](https://printerflo.com/)).

== Installation ==

1. Install and activate the plugin.
2. In PrinterFlo, open **Settings → Website quote form**, turn it on, and copy your embed key.
3. In WordPress, go to **Settings → PrinterFlo** and paste the key.
4. Add the form to any page: the PrinterFlo block, the Elementor widget, or `[printerflo_quote]`.
5. To offer the designer, activate templates in PrinterFlo under **Designer**, then add the Product Designer block/widget or `[printerflo_designer]`.

== Frequently Asked Questions ==

= Do I need a PrinterFlo account? =

Yes — the form submits quote requests into your PrinterFlo shop. You can start at [printerflo.com](https://printerflo.com/).

= Can I put the form on more than one page? =

Yes. Add the block, widget, or shortcode wherever you like; every placement uses the same embed key.

= Does it work with Elementor? =

Yes — native Elementor widgets for both the quote form and the product designer are included and appear automatically when Elementor is active.

= What can customers design? =

Anything you template in PrinterFlo — banners, yard signs, business cards, decals. Templates are locked: customers personalize the text and image zones you define, and your layout, bleed and print specs stay intact.

= Does it work with WooCommerce? =

Yes — turn on order sync under Settings → PrinterFlo and paid WooCommerce orders appear on your PrinterFlo production board automatically, with items, customer details and totals. It's off by default.

= What data does this plugin send? =

By default, the plugin itself sends nothing. It embeds an iframe from printerflo.com; details a visitor types into the form (job details, files, contact info) are submitted directly to your PrinterFlo shop. If you enable WooCommerce order sync, the plugin also sends paid orders (items, totals, and the customer's billing name, email, phone and company) to your PrinterFlo account. See the [PrinterFlo privacy policy](https://printerflo.com/privacy).

== External services ==

This plugin embeds the quote form and product designer from app.printerflo.com (PrinterFlo). Submissions — job details, designs, uploaded artwork, and the visitor's contact information — are sent to PrinterFlo on behalf of the site owner's PrinterFlo account. If the site owner enables the optional WooCommerce order sync, paid WooCommerce orders (order items, totals, and the customer's billing name, email, phone and company) are also sent to app.printerflo.com.
