Shows an estimated reading time on single blog posts and pages.

== Description ==

RakeshNagar Reading Time calculates the estimated reading time of a post and displays it before or after the content, for example "5 min read".

Features:

* Enable or disable reading time globally.
* Set words per minute (default 200).
* Display before or after content.
* Custom text format using the `{time}` placeholder.
* Disable reading time for individual posts.
* Shown only on single blog posts and pages.

The plugin does not collect data, use external services, or include tracking.

== Installation ==

1. Upload the `rakeshnagar-reading-time` folder to `/wp-content/plugins/`.
2. Activate the plugin through the Plugins menu.
3. Go to Settings → Reading Time to configure it.

== Frequently Asked Questions ==

= How is reading time calculated? =

The number of words in the post content is divided by the words-per-minute setting and rounded up.

= Can I hide it on one post? =

Yes. Tick "Disable reading time for this post" in the Reading Time meta box.

= Does it work on pages or archives? =

Yes, it works on both single blog posts and pages. It does not appear on archives.

= How do I change the text? =

Edit the Custom Output Format setting. Use `{time}` where the number of minutes should appear.
