== Historical upgrade notices ==

= 3.4.2 =
Use saved settings and start now enables the public VPNDeals author credit, including when previously disabled. This is disclosed beside the button. Updating alone does not enable credit. To keep credit off, use the normal design setup path or disable it in Support after quick start. WordPress.org acceptance of this shortcut is not assured; the directory requires an explicit, understandable credit opt-in.

= 3.4.1 =
Adds one-click, explicit author-credit opt-in during quick setup. Existing credit choices and default-off behavior are unchanged. The saved-settings action never silently enables credit.

= 3.4.0 =
Adds private engagement measurement, experiments, contextual placement, multilingual controls, diagnostics and portable settings. The reporting schema updates automatically; analytics, experiments and credit remain opt-in.

= 3.3.0 =
A redesigned workspace with measured indexing estimates, content inspection and optional author support. Updating from 3.2.0 preserves completed recommendations and credit choices. No schema change or content reimport is needed. The optional credit stays off unless you enable it.

= 3.2.0 =
Fixes a matching defect found with realistic sample articles. Recommendation results refresh automatically after updating; no schema change or content reimport is required.

= 3.1.0 =
Database upgrades and reindexing run automatically. Analytics and credit are opt-in. Purge your page cache and recheck theme template overrides after updating. Keep a backup before replacing an existing plugin installation.
