Disables all automatic updates and restricts update visibility to chosen admin accounts.

== Description ==

Disables all automatic updates (core, plugins, themes, translations) and restricts update visibility & access to admin account(s) chosen under Settings > Update Control. All other users — including other administrators not on the list — won't see update nags, counts, or the Updates screen, and can't trigger updates.

== Installation ==

1. Upload the `selective-update-control` folder to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory.
2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
3. Go to Settings > Update Control to configure which administrator accounts should retain update access.
