Adds a theme switcher to the admin bar, so administrators can change the active theme from any page.

== Description ==

SMNTCS Theme Toggle adds a Themes menu to the admin bar that lists every installed theme. Click a theme to activate it, and you stay on the page you were on, in the admin area or on the front end. The active theme is highlighted.

Only administrators see the menu. It is handy for theme developers and for anyone who compares themes often.

== Installation ==

1. Upload the `smntcs-theme-toggle` folder to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory
