Have SolarDialer's AI voice agent call your website's form leads within a minute, and live-transfer the interested ones to you.

== Description ==

A lead who fills in your contact form is never more interested than in the next few minutes. This plugin sends every lead your website's forms collect to [SolarDialer](https://solardialer.net/?utm_source=wordpress), the AI dialer that runs your calling campaigns and reactivates your old leads. Its AI voice agent calls each lead in their calling hours, uses your own script, answers their questions, and live-transfers the ones who are interested straight to you or your closer.

**Works with:**

* Contact Form 7
* WPForms
* Gravity Forms
* Elementor Pro forms
* Ninja Forms
* Fluent Forms
* Formidable Forms
* Forminator
* Custom forms and other form plugins, through one line of code (see the FAQ)

**What it does:**

* Picks out the name, phone, email, state, ZIP, city, address and message from each submission by itself: no field mapping to set up.
* Adds the lead to the SolarDialer campaign you choose, or calls them right away.
* Sends in the background, so your visitors' forms are never slowed down. A failed send is tried again five minutes later.
* Sends proof of consent with each lead: when and on which page they asked to be contacted, your consent wording, your site as the one that collected it, where the form plugin saved the original entry (WPForms with entries, Gravity Forms, Ninja Forms, Fluent Forms, Formidable, Forminator), and (optionally) their IP address and browser. SolarDialer keeps the record with the lead when it is complete.
* Sends only visitors who ticked your "I agree to be called" box, if you want.
* Shows your recent leads and what happened to each on its settings page.

SolarDialer is pay-as-you-go: you're billed only for the minutes it's on a call, with no monthly fee, and every account gets $2 of free calls each month to try it on its own leads.

== Installation ==

1. Install and activate the plugin.
2. [Sign up on SolarDialer](https://solardialer.net/signup?utm_source=wordpress), set up your campaign, and create an API key on the Account → API page.
3. In WordPress, open Settings → SolarDialer, paste the key and save.
4. Choose the campaign your form leads go to, and whether each lead is added to it or called right away.
5. Send a test from your own form with your own phone number, and check Recent leads on the same page.

== Frequently Asked Questions ==

= Do I need a SolarDialer account? =

Yes. The plugin sends your leads to your SolarDialer account, which places the calls. Signing up is free and includes $2 of free calls every month.

= Which fields does it send? =

Whatever your form has of: first and last name (or one name field), phone, email, state, ZIP, city, address and the message. A submission without a phone number is not sent.

= When are leads called? =

When the campaign is running and it's within the calling hours for the lead's state. With "Call it right away", the lead is called at once if it's within their calling hours; otherwise the campaign calls them later.

= Do I need my visitors' consent? =

Yes. You are responsible for having your visitors' consent to be called, as the laws where they live require; calls by an AI voice may need their prior written consent. Add an "I agree to be called" checkbox to your form, put part of its name in the Consent box setting, and its wording in Consent wording (use the words "consent" and "call"): only visitors who ticked it are sent, and the proof goes with each lead.

= Does it work with a custom form, or a form plugin that isn't listed? =

Yes, with one line of code where your form handles a submission (for example, after you save it or email it):

`do_action( 'solardialer_send_lead', array( 'name' => $name, 'phone' => $phone, 'email' => $email, 'state' => $state, 'message' => $message ), 'Quote form', 'quote-form' );`

The field names can be your own (`your-phone`, `Phone`, `mobile`...): the plugin recognizes them as it does in the supported form plugins. The second value is the form's name (shown as the lead's source), the third its ID for the "Only these forms" setting. The consent box setting works the same way: include the checkbox's field, empty when not ticked.

= Does it slow my forms down? =

No. The form only queues the lead; it is sent a moment later in the background (WordPress's scheduled tasks).

== External services ==

This plugin connects to the SolarDialer API (https://solardialer.net/api) to send your form leads to your SolarDialer account, which calls them. It is needed for the plugin to work.

* When you open Settings → SolarDialer with an API key saved, it reads your account's email and your campaigns' names, to show them there.
* When a visitor submits one of your forms with a phone number (and, if you set a consent box, ticked it), it sends: the name, phone, email, state, ZIP, city, address and message they entered; the form's name; the time and page of the submission; your site's address; your consent wording if you set one; the saved entry's number, if the form plugin saved one; and, unless you turn it off, the visitor's IP address and browser (user agent). Each request carries your API key.
