Tikkit is a lightweight support ticket plugin for WordPress that helps you manage customer enquiries without leaving your site. Add a support form anywhere using a shortcode or link, receive tickets directly in your WordPress admin area, and keep conversations organised in one place. Perfect for small teams that need a simple, integrated helpdesk.

== Installation ==

1. Upload the `tikkit` folder to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory, or install it via the WordPress Plugins screen.
2. Activate the plugin.
3. Visit **Tikkit → Settings** to configure the plugin and find the shortcode and URLs for implementation.
4. Either add the support ticket form to a page using the Tikkit shortcode, or link to the form via URL.
