Simple support tickets, built into WordPress.

== Description ==

= 🎟️ Simple support tickets, built into WordPress =

Collect, organise and reply to customer support requests from your WordPress dashboard - without paying for or learning a separate helpdesk.

Add a support form anywhere using a shortcode or link, receive tickets directly in your WordPress admin area, and keep conversations organised in one place. Easy to install and set-up, it is perfect for small teams that need a simple, integrated helpdesk.

= 📥 Collect support requests with ease =

Download and install the WordPress plugin, and easily add a support ticket form to your own WordPress website, or add links to the included pre-built page.

Users complete a simple set of fields, and submit their support ticket for you to review and respond.

= 💬 Review and respond without leaving WordPress =

Review all support tickets from within your WordPress admin area. No need to use a separate hosted service, or try to remember a different URL. Everything is stored in the same admin area as the rest of your site.

= 🚀 Prioritise support requests faster =

Support tickets use a simple set of 3 statuses; open, replied or closed. Easily filter your tickets by clicking on the counters, to help prioritise support responses.

= 👆 Full ticket threads at your fingertips =

Reply to support tickets directly in the WordPress admin area. View the full thread, and reply or close the ticket as needed.

= 🔔 Never miss a support update =

Receive notifications via email on responses and changes to the ticket status. Tikkit keeps you constantly updated when things change - never be out of the loop again!
