Build a standalone member site for sponsored tasks, permitted video rewards, creator discovery, and manually managed wallets.

== Description ==

VideoLume Rewards creates a standalone front end for members and administration screens for site owners. It includes account registration, sponsored task claims, eligible direct-video activities, USD and points wallet records, referral attribution, manual withdrawal requests, and moderated creator submissions.

The creator discovery area accepts YouTube video links for voluntary browsing. YouTube discovery does not award points or money for views, watch time, likes, comments, subscriptions, or shares. Rewarded Watch & Earn campaigns require a direct or self-hosted video source whose terms permit incentivized viewing. Site owners are responsible for checking the terms and rights of any video source they add.

= Features =

* Standalone public and member pages created on activation, with editable content for key informational pages and appearance settings.
* Sponsored tasks with verification answers, per-member and daily limits, cooldowns, and points or USD rewards.
* Direct-video reward campaigns with a minimum elapsed-time check, per-member and daily limits, and claim history.
* Member-submitted YouTube discovery campaigns that require administrator approval; campaign click and impression counts are recorded on the site.
* Separate USD and points balances, an activity ledger, and manual administrator adjustments.
* Manual USD withdrawal requests. A request reserves the amount in the member wallet; rejection refunds it. Administrators arrange any actual payment outside the plugin and mark the request paid after doing so.
* Referral links that attribute registrations, plus administration screens for members, campaigns, withdrawals, content, diagnostics, and activity review.

No payment gateway, automatic deposit, automatic payout, referral commission, or YouTube engagement reward is included. A displayed balance is a record in this site's database, not a transfer of money.

== Installation ==

1. Upload and activate the plugin through Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin.
2. Open VideoLume > System Status to check that the custom tables and generated pages exist. Use its repair action if an earlier installation is missing them.
3. Review every generated public page, especially Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Advertising Policy, and Contact. The initial legal text is an example and needs your own policies before launch.
4. Set the site name, points label, and minimum manual withdrawal amount in VideoLume > Settings. Review VideoLume > Appearance and Pages.
5. Configure tasks and permitted direct-video campaigns. Review creator submissions before approving them. Test registration, a claim, a withdrawal request, and the admin review flow on your own installation before inviting members.

Activation publishes 32 VideoLume pages under their own URLs. It does not replace your WordPress home page automatically. Deactivation does not remove those pages or financial records. Uninstallation retains the custom tables, records, and created pages so financial and audit history is not deleted without an explicit site-owner action.

== Frequently Asked Questions ==

= Does a YouTube view earn a reward? =

No. YouTube links appear only in the voluntary creator discovery area. Watch & Earn rewards are for eligible direct-video sources that permit incentivized viewing.

= Can members add funds or receive an automatic payout? =

No. The Add Funds page explains that deposits are unavailable. Withdrawal requests are reviewed manually; the administrator is responsible for any payment outside the plugin. Do not ask members to send funds based on the Add Funds page.

= Do referrals pay commissions? =

No. Referral links record which existing member invited a new registrant. The plugin does not credit a referral bonus.

= Why are so many pages created? =

VideoLume provides its own public and member navigation. The generated pages hold the plugin shortcode and use the standalone template. You can review them in WordPress Pages and check missing pages in VideoLume > System Status.

== External services and privacy ==

Approved YouTube discovery items display thumbnails from `https://i.ytimg.com`. Loading the discovery page makes the visitor's browser request those images from Google, which can receive ordinary request information such as the visitor's IP address and browser data. Clicking an approved item opens its YouTube URL in a new tab. This happens only when those pages or links are used; the plugin does not use the YouTube API or send wallet and account records to YouTube. Review the YouTube Terms of Service at https://www.youtube.com/t/terms and Google's Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

Rewarded video and poster URLs are supplied by the site administrator. Opening a rewarded video page can make the member's browser request that media and poster from the selected host. Site owners should choose a source whose terms and privacy practices are suitable for their members and disclose that source in their own privacy notice.

Contact messages are sent to the site's administrator through the configured WordPress mail system. The plugin stores member accounts in WordPress and stores task claims, video sessions, campaign activity, referral attribution, USD and points wallet entries, withdrawal methods and destinations, and audit events in the site's database. Site administrators can access these records. The plugin does not bundle a payment processor or an external analytics service. Site owners should set their own retention periods and privacy disclosures for their hosting, mail delivery, video sources, and payout arrangements.
