* Synchronize new products, product updates and product deletions automatically.
* Send your existing product catalog with a full synchronization.
* View connection status and synchronization activity in WordPress.
* Connect supported payment flows to the Yektabot sales process.
* Manage the store connection from the plugin dashboard.

To get started, activate WooCommerce, connect the plugin to your Yektabot account and configure your Instagram, Telegram or Bale channels in the Yektabot dashboard.

== Frequently Asked Questions ==

= Does this plugin work without WooCommerce? =

No. It is designed to synchronize WooCommerce products and uses the WooCommerce REST API and webhook system.

= Do I need a Yektabot account? =

Yes. WooCommerce and an account with the Yektabot online service are required. The plugin is free; the service may require a paid plan. Service: https://yektabot.com/ . Create an account: https://app.yektabot.com/ . Pricing: https://yektabot.com/prices .

= What permissions does the connection use? =

The connection creates a WooCommerce REST API key with read/write access and shares its consumer key and consumer secret with Yektabot over HTTPS to manage products and orders. This also allows access to customer and order data available through the WooCommerce API. You can revoke the key from WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > REST API.

= What data is shared with Yektabot? =

The plugin communicates with app.yektabot.com after an administrator explicitly connects the store. The connection sends the store and return URLs, temporary verification state, selected account details and the WooCommerce API credentials described above. Connection, disconnection and payment-setting actions also share account and connection IDs, plugin version, store URL, gateway names, payment-enabled status and callback URL to keep the service configured.

While connected, creating, updating or deleting a product sends its data to the Yektabot webhook. A full catalog synchronization starts at the administrator's request. Data includes unpublished products, IDs, names, descriptions, SKUs, prices, stock, categories, attributes, variations and image URLs. Connection checks and synchronization progress also communicate with the service.

When the optional payment flow is enabled and used, the signed payment token, result, gateway name, payment reference and verification details are sent to Yektabot to update the corresponding order. Local activity logs are stored in the WordPress database and can be cleared from the plugin page.

Yektabot terms of use and privacy policy: https://yektabot.com/terms

= How do optional payment services work? =

Payment services are contacted only when their gateway is selected and used. Merchant credentials are read from the store's existing WooCommerce gateway settings. A merchant account is required; gateway fees and conditions are separate from this plugin.

Zarinpal: api.zarinpal.com creates and verifies payments; customers are redirected to https://www.zarinpal.com/ to pay. Requests contain the merchant ID, amount, callback URL, order description and, if supplied in the signed request, the customer's mobile number. Verification uses the merchant ID, payment authority and amount. Terms: https://www.zarinpal.com/terms . Privacy: https://www.zarinpal.com/policy .

Zibal: gateway.zibal.ir creates and verifies payments and receives customers for payment. Requests contain the merchant credential, amount and callback URL; verification uses the merchant credential and payment tracking ID. Service: https://zibal.ir/ . Privacy: https://zibal.ir/privacy-policy .

= How can I stop synchronization? =

Use the disconnect action on the Yektabot plugin page and revoke the Yektabot REST API key in WooCommerce if it remains listed. You can also deactivate the plugin. Deactivation does not request deletion of data already stored by the external service; contact Yektabot for those requests.

= Are payment gateway accounts included? =

No. Payment gateways are optional external services. You need your own supported merchant account and gateway settings. Gateway transaction fees and service conditions are separate from this plugin.

= Where can I get support? =

Visit https://yektabot.com/contact. For service account and privacy requests, contact the Yektabot support team through that page.
