To Have All Flatio Theme Features Upgrade To Flatio Pro :

Appearance -> Customize -> Homepage Options -> App Options - Select Page and Select Page Transition 

Use Custom Link, For example this menu will go to Portfolio app.

Note: URL Should be Lowercase Character e.g : use #portfolio instead of #Portfolio

URL Should be the same as App Name in App Options.
